seen as though you aren't happy with your weight i would loose a few pounds. It might make you less body concious just try eating healthy and doing abit exercise taking the stairs instead of the lift you will loose weight and feel much happier. BTW i don't think your fat or overweight. Only you can deside that and family would tell you if you needed to loose weight

a skinny girl ur age weighs 90-100 regular wieghs 101-130 sledom over wieght is 131-165 and over wiegh is 166+

well just keep in mind that muscle weighs more then fat and what you should be concerned about is the percentage of body fat but i think that you could be anywhere between 100 and 125 lbs and still be safe
