Yes, it is possible to have a period and be pregnant. My friend found out that she was pregnant and she still had her period for 3 months into the pregnancy. Listen, Honey, I know it may be hard, but you need to get a pregnancy test. Don't be discouraged. Everything will be okay. It's important for you to know the truth. Go ahead and get a test. I will be in prayer for you. Take care. Don't forget that God has you in His hands.

always remember that pregnancy and periods can never go along simultaneously. If you are indeed pregnant, technically, you cannot get your periods. Missing your period is actually the first sign of pregnancy. Bleeding in early pregnancy is a common occurrence, but this does not signal a true menstrual cycle. You must realize that the hormones that are active during pregnancy totally prevent ovulation. As we know, ovulation is the time in your cycle when the egg is released into the uterus and women experience menstrual bleeding. Since the egg in pregnant women is already fertilized, ovulation does not occur and hence no bleeding.

However, it is not uncommon to find that many women do report getting what seem like regular periods during early pregnancy. The bleeding that pregnant women complain about though is not truly a menstrual period. It can be called as early pregnancy bleeding. The perception of having a menstrual period (or more than one) in early pregnancy can confuse the due date and delay some pregnant women from seeking appropriate and timely medical care. In instances where a couple is unaware that they are expecting, it can be particularly emotionally challenging to find out about the pregnancy at the same time they are told that the bleeding might signal a problem.

Many mothers-to-be get a few days of bleeding right around the time that the early embryo is implanting into the wall of the uterus. Generally, this occurs five days after conception and may be confused with an early period. This implantation bleeding is normal and is not a sign of any problem with the pregnancy.
If you have irregular periods or have not kept track of your cycles, you can easily confuse this bleeding with a menstrual period. If it is counted as a menstrual period, this can lead to a mistakenly later due date. In reality the last period from which the due date should be calculated would be the one prior to the implantation bleeding.

your best choice would be to buy a pregnancy test and do it at home, a freind, or at work if your that worried about your husband. the newer ones out in the market dont need the first morning urine, and can be done at anytime of the day.

Good luck to you.

Yea I am almost positive it is possible. But I do not know if you were just a few weeks along if you would be having discharge from your nipples yet. You may as well just go to the doctor, to get it checked out, and if you do not want your husband to know you suspect being pregnant, do not let him know you are going to get checked out til afterwards. At least that would be what I would do. When I was pregnant though, I took a pregnancy test at 5 weeks along, and it came back negative, but I continued to feel nauseated and no period, so I took another test at 7 weeks along, and YEP I was pregnant. I have a beautiful 6 month old daughter now! Good luck and God Bless!

I'm really sorry to say this as it sounds like you want to be pregnant. I would say that if you are bleeding than no you are not. It could be that you were & are having a very early miscarriage. All the symptoms of pms mirror pregnancy so its very hard to tell if you are pregnant until you miss a period.

Honestly, only a test can tell you for sure, or a visit to your doc.

Good luck!

Anything is possible, but all the symptoms (except the nipple discharge, which I think you might want to mention to a doctor) you recorded are indicative of a coming menstrual cycle. Since you just got your period, I think you can pretty safely assume you are not pregnant.
Good luck...... and may God bless you, too. : )

the posibilities getting pregnant is between 1/3-2/3 days. It means if your monthly cycles are 28, getting pregnant days are 28/3=9, 9-18. Mostly on 9th, and 10th days are most possible days.

Let's be realistic , you are 28 years old.

You know you HAVE to pee on a stick.

You can go to the store and do it in the bathroom. If it's negative, you can tell your husband that you thought you might be, but didn't want to scare him if it wasn't true.

If you are preggers, you will them take the test to your husband and discuss.

Yes, it is possible. But there are other possibilities as well, such as a prolactinoma. Go see your doctor today, and you don't have to tell your husband you think you are pregnant, just go in to get treated for your headaches, if you think it will depress him.
