I've seen this happen several times, different torrents/clients/trackers. I've had luck with walking away from the torrent for a day or so, then try again and/or deleting the file and starting over. Simply waiting does not seem to work, I have a torrent right now that I started at 99% a day ago, and it's already downloaded THREE TIMES the total torrent size, and it thinks all the chunks have been bad.

This usually results from buggy NAT routers that are replacing legitimate data in your packets. When the packet fails the hash check, because the router scrambled it, BitTorrent rejects it, and asks for the data again. See

for more details. And be glad BitTorrent has noticed that your router was corrupting packets -- none of your other software figured it out!

Take a look at the number of seeders?

If the seeder = 0, then you would have problems.
Seeder is the person who had the full completed filed at 100%.

Also look at the details of the torrents.

Sometimes the original seeder accidentally include the thumbnails.db or desktop.ini in their files, you can ignore downloading them. These would cause the incomplete torrent as these files changes during the course of uploading.

Hi, i always have the same problem, what i do is just cancel and start over with the same file but another uploader.
Or there aren't enough guys who have the whole thing and some of them are just Pricks and purposely hold on to the remaining of the file .. sorry dude.. find the file you are looking for on a different site. and similar file, don't download the same file, you will have the same problem again... peace
