And maintain a clear and audible tone to be heard by the caller. If orgasm is involved then you must be able to sound REAL.

As a matter of you should probly think about this like how people think of strippers. Some find it extremely disgusting, others think that its a way to put food on the table.
If you ask me, I say if it puts food on the table, do it.
Theres no point in starving because you didn't get a job, sure it might not be respectable, and probly something you wouldn't want to bring up to the family, but atleast you can have them over for dinner.
