im 35, have dark brown, fine and somewhat oily hair, i would definitely say its hard to manage, does not keep a style for long

I would say layer it. I think layering is the most versatile hairstyle I have ever seen. It looks good on anyone if done professionally. Go ahead, give it a try. You'll love it! I see you picture. I think it would suit you.

I dont agree with Jen. Dont do bangs. You'll get annoyed. Get nice long layers to your shoulders or a little lower. It flows agains the curves of a person's face.

Shoulder length and heavily layered, with just a little wisp of bangs to push to the side.

u should go to a professional haircutter and get a free consultation. if u don't want to pay that much, find out what is best for ur face shape, hair type, etc. and then go to someone cheaper

a short spike maybe. easier to wash...less hair to get oily (i know what a pain that is) and is a cute haircut that is popular still today...i think LOL.

get a cut wear your hair shapes itself like layers....I use to have thick straight hair and I just cut it recently now my hair is thin and wavy.
