Fear. People tend not to mess with you because of it. It's a good way to take out aggression and have a good laugh too. It's an amazing feeling not to care.

I'm not quite sure there are any advantages. It just makes you look like an A**! Poeple will never look to you for advice, comfort or anything else because you showed you have no heart!

You'd probably never get scammed, because you'd be very mistrustful and assume the worst in everyone you meet. Also, you wouldn't have to spend a great deal of time filling out your Christmas card(s).

If you want a lot of quiet time to yourself with nobody bothering you, that's the way to do it -- because nobody will want to hang with you.
Otherwise, there aren't any advantages.

There is one advantage that I can think of....you will always know just what people think of you...irregardless of your opinion...you will know for sure that people don't like you...that may love you...anyhow...but they truly, won't like you.
