Take dancing lessons! A female friend of mine does country dancing and says the female/male ratio is often 10 to 1 or better. Oh, and she is now dating the dance partner she was set up with months ago. And still trying to get me to come along sometime! (Scheduling conflicts, alas.)
If country isn't your style, try swing or salsa. Even if you don't meet someone at lessons, being able to lead on the dance floor will make a great impression if you ever get a woman on the dance floor at a bar or something.

The first thing you need to do is get out and socialize. Go up to a woman and introduce yourself and start a conversation.

Start going out and talking to women, hit the bars, clubs, jump from one to another, mostly go out on fridays, that's always girls night out.
