my mom always says "what if you give your organs away then what happens when your body is resurected in the rapture?" I don't think organs or lack of is going to bare much importance at that point.
and also, the Bible may not say exactly what to do under the heading of organs, but there are a lot of things in there that i never thought were in there

CHRIST sacrificed HIS life for our salvation. Giving up a piece of yourself to save another life is of GOD!!! If you can, I would highly recommend it.

Don't care what the bible or what anyone says. It's always been my paranoid opinion that if I signed an organ donor card, and my dna was a good match for some alcoholic billionaire needing a liver transplant, I'd probably go in to the E.R. with a broken finger and wind up on a slab with all my organs 'harvested'.
Just say NO.

I personally believe that science has gone too far when it comes to organ transplanting. Doctors are trying to play God in my opinion. It has even gotton so bad as far as a black market organ
organization. What if you really weren't dying, but your blood type matched a rich guys blood type and they killed you for your organs all in the name of hospitals and doctors making megga bucks with your life?
It's not for me.

I wouldn't think that organ donation would be in the Bible...
Isn't organ donation kind of a new idea? Would they really have written about it a couple thousand years ago?

If I've got two of them, and can live without one of them then I'm willing to give. And if I'm dead, then I won't really care at all, will I? I've never seen anything against it in the Bible.

I'm for it. I feel that if I have the chance to help someone have a chance at life, it gives them a chance at finding salvation if they don't have it already, and going out to help others find salvation too.
