There is absolutely nothing you can do about it. If you do not want her to conceive than you need to make sure that she gets the "Morning After Pill". Nonoxynol-9 (spermicide) might help.

She should probably go to a clinic and take a morning-after pill. Chances are you'll be fine, and it can be a good lesson to both of you, as it was when it happened to me about a year ago.
Do not wash out her vagoo with Pepsi. Apart from being the oldest and wifiest of old wives' tales, all the sugar in a soft drink will be just what the doctor didn't order for any enterprising yeast cells in the area.

It's called the morning after pill. She needs to go to her doctor for it. You have 48 hours after your little spill. It keeps any embryos from emplanting into her uterine lining. Some areas of the country consider this abortion (In the Bible Belt). Good luck with that.

if your hand fits and your lucky enough grab all the sperm before it's too late
to avoid this next time check the condom for rips tears and other defects
make sure its latex and not from the 99 cents store
now your only hope is to abort
or sue the company if you can

You go with her to a doctor and get a prescription for an emergency contraceptive.
ke su, douching doesn't do anything to sperm. That's a terrible old wives' tale that still circulates!

In the future you should also use a spermicide as back up.
Or ( are you ready ) DONT HAVE SEX with a girl if you dont want to be a daddy.
It says on the box it doesnt help prevent pregnancy but she could douche to rinse it out.It will help kill whats left if it hasnt swam upstream allready.

Ok, I'm not one to dispense "folk remedies" ever. But, I heard there was a study that actually proved the Diet Coke used as a douche kills sperm immediately after sex.
Yeah, I think it has something to do with the aspartame in it.

IMMEDIATELY -
Douche her out really good with vinegar & water combination.
Her upside down in the bathtub... a bottle with a longer neck or something to funnel it where it needs to go.
Help her out with this...
It will sting her in places that don't like getting stung, and she'll probably be in a really bad mood for a long time after that, but it probably beats getting her knocked up.
This isn't a remedy for everyday use.
Also, you should probably go and get her checked out with a doctor...
Remember, kids - oil and latex do not mix!
Use only water-based lubricants.
Oils make condoms break.
