Why not take them to a music store that will buy and sell new and used cd's and dvd's? Someone might be looking for the old ones' that you have, and you can get money for them??? Then you don't have to worry about polluting the earth with them!

I like Lisa's answer! But, you can also sell them to a used cd place- like Newbury Comics. Then you can use the $ to buy new ones!!!

Donate them to your local school. The art department can use them for arts and crafts. The science department can use them to make hovercrafts. It's better than disposal! It's better than recycling! It's reusing....it's science, and it's cool!!

Try selling them to others or taking them to a second hand store. If you need to or want to get rid of them you can always take them to Goodwill.
