Went camping, I have like 50 fly bites all over, huge welts, anything to help them stop itching......any ideas would be welcome

this is exactly what you do, and it works with any insect bite or sting. There is a product, available at any drug store or pharmacy, that is called Campho-Phenigue, pronounced campo faneek, and it is for insect bites. It comes in a little green bottle with a yellow label, just ask the pharmacist. It works for mosquito's too.

Sometimes blotting them with rubbing alcohol takes some of the itch out. If you can get through the 1st 24 hrs, they'll start to heal.

Get a regular stick of anti-perspirant. (the white kind any brand) rub it on the bite. The aluminum sulfate will dry out the oily venom.

chinese itching cream. it is white and when u apply it it feels cold as mint. its good although people don't recommend it most of the time because they don't use it.
