I have stretch marks on my breast, my belly, my thighs, and my arms. How can I get rid of them? What are the different ways to do it with out breaking the bank (tight budget)?

Also I have flabby skin under my arms, my belly (I had a baby Jan 2005), and my breast SAG (they always have), how can I help this? I am trying muscle toning, but it doesn't seem to help and I am still struggling to lose the weight from when I had my daughter.

ANY SUGGESTIONS? Actually helpful and budget EASY suggestions PLEASE?

Try this postnatal yoga workout with Shiva Rea designed to help with the things that fall out of place when you have a baby:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006A9SCU/qid=1153279561/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_1/102-5388736-3508959?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=130

It is designed for beginners and shows alternative positions for those you may not be ready for yet.

I'm not sure why the link isn't working. If you go to amazon.com and put "postnatal yoga" in the search box, it should be right there at the top of the list with Shiva Rea's name in the title.

Nothing will entirely remove stretch marks. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin healthy and supple. You can use lotions to help moisturise your skin, which can help diminish the appearance of stretch marks, but it won't take them away.

First, congratulations on your new arrival into this world! You must be very excited.

As for stretch marks, they are hereditary. No amount of creams, regardless of price or claims, will get rid of stretch marks. There are new studies furthering the advancement of laser treatment for stretchmarks, but those are still in the early stages. SOME very specific types of laser treatments can be done to DIMINISH stretch marks, but they will not completely vanish. Laser also only works on certain skin types, so if you are very fair, it won't work. Laser treatment (depending on facility) costs are usually based on the number of "clicks" to skin and target area & is relatively affordable compared to plastic surgery. Since the sessions are broken up, you're not paying a ton of money all at once.

I'm not sure what your situation is or if the weight gain was specifically from the pregnancy, but there are two things that help women are aerobic exercise (like walking) & weight bearing exercises. Amino acids and protein also helps you burn fat, but of course, all this advise first needs to go through your doctor.

Since breast tissue is mainly fat, there is no muscle to rebuild. The only muscle that can be worked is the pectoralis. Other than that, the only option is surgery.

Good luck with all of this, and congratulations to you !

People keep posting wrong answers, so here goes:

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane). I think that's how its spelled... If you take this supplement along with using the cream version, any stretch you have will be repaired until you can no longer see it. This substance is the only one I know of which can penetrate deep into the skin to reach the stretch mark. Check out the first question I answered in my profile. It has more info and some helpful links. Good luck!

stretch marks do not go away no matter what you try. all the creams and miracle pills in the world are not going to help you. I have the same problems. for your arms, do press backs with a light weight. i would suggest a soup can until you get used to them. flabby skin for the belly-i bought a book called "lose your mummy tummy" and sit ups are great too. breast sag, there is nothing you can do about it other than surgery. sucks, i know, but these are the badges of womanhood.

No matter what creams say they work, they do not. Do not try them. There is no way to get rid of stretch marks. Some scar medicines will reduce then slightly. As far as flab exercise can only do so much, alot of it is stretched and can only be fixed with surgery. I have done the research. Sorry. Just look at it as proof that you brought a life into this world and be positive.

I am sorry to say that there is NOTHING you can do to get rid of stretch marks. I know, I know, this is SO sad. But there are creams and stuff out there that will help to make them appear lighter. I work for a company called MURAD and we have a cellulite cream that works really well on stretch marks. Go to murad.com and you can find it there. Im so sorry, but even movie stars have this problem and cant do anything to get rid of them.
Saggy boobs, get a breast lift, what's done is done.
Wow, how depressing!

If you use coco butter lotion or buy the coco butter lotion stick, it will help stretch marks and your skin. It wont take them permantly away but it will shrink them some. But good luck on any other ways you find.
