When you insert and orgainsation chart into Word 2003. It come up with a diagram with one box which joins to three other boxes below, when I type text inot the boxes it appears and is all good. Howevere I can't change the size of any onf the boxes, so if in one of my boxes I have RSPCA and in another I have Departmant of Health and Welfare in the ACT and Surrounding Areas both boxes are the same size hence making it impossible to fit everything onto the page. What can I do to make it so I can change the size of each box individually?

Easy as Pi!
Make the chart in Excel first! You can use fonts, colors, lines, borders, and background colors. When you past into Word, the columns are still adjustable, and the text is still editable.
