She was over a year old, had kittens, and was going into heat at the time, she started becoming a very bad kitty so we knew that it had to be done, shes stopped MOST of the bad behaviour except this....

My cat howeled for a short time but as long as yours is evidence that something else could be wrong. I would at least contact the vet's office and maybe they could tell you what to do, it is possibile a hormone therapy, it is a 3 day remedy. I hope that is all the problem is. I woud make sure nothing else is bothering her. My cat was like yours, in heat a week, out for one, in heat the next and so on it went till she went through the cycle the last time and got her spayed. She did have a urinary infection from the heat cycles so that could be a possibility. simple antibiotics will take care of that if that is the case. Is she makeing frequent trips to the litter box or pacing too frequently, that is a sign, gotta go, my other cat neds asthma med right now.

Does She Go Out Side If Not That May Be Why She Is Crying,
Or She Is Having A Phantom Heat Behaviour , Do Ask your Vet ,
Or It May be Something Else Entirely

It depends on how long you waited to get her spayed. If you got her while she was still young (first or second heat) she'll probably never go back into heat once she winds down. If you waited too long... you might be stuck with it longer. She's not making the hormones anymore, have that be your happy thought.

You need to take your cat to the vet for it should have stopped when she was spayed. There is something else wrong. Has she been doing this since she's been spayed?

Also, hopefully the vet didn't leave part of her ovary in there...that can cause them to still go into heat - even a smidge of it.
Otherwise I think others here are right - the hormone levels might need to adjust. Call the vet who did the spay...

I'm not sure if this is true, but I've heard that it can take up to a year for their hormones to regulate after being spayed.

you should get them spayed before they have their first cycle, she may never stop this.
