If embalmed correctly, and in a cement vault, about the same - only stinky.

Well, if the casket is sealed and the corpse has been embalmed, it looks okay. However, by cracking the seal and letting the moisture out, the corpse "explodes" causing the corpse to "lose" most of its moisture to the inside of the coffin. This is because the moisture had no where to go, being hermetically sealed, much like a "baggie" with a seal that is air-tight. Kind of messy.
However, most coffins are NOT hermetically sealed thank god.

Depends on the conditions...was the body embalmed properly and buried where there is low humidity? If so, the possibility of mummification. Buried in high humidity, you may find only bones and clothes, but you also may find something called adipocere. This is where the flesh turns into a waxy, soapy texture.
But mostly you'll find bones.
