Most of them aren't even chicken. They use tofu in a lot of cases because it's cheaper than chicken. I think McDonald's is about 70% chicken and that's as high as it gets unless you go to a buffet somewhere that gets real chicken in when their truck delivers. I like chicken tenders better because there's no question as to what's in them. It's just chicken breast, which is healthy, and a batter for frying. Now, the frying probably isn't all that good since the oils they use to fry in aren't all that great and not every company filters and rotates their oil or changes it out as they should. There again, McDonald's is probably the best about filtering, rotating, and changing oils, and they aren't really the healthiest places to eat at. In closing, I don't mind eating a chicken nugget once in a while but I don't think they are really "all that".

yes yes yes! I love chicken nuggets... i still order off of the childs menu at certain resturaunts and lets say,well im not a child anymore! I love wendys and i love mc donalds...i guess i better watch how much i eat or i will turn in to a fat blubbery nugget!!

They aren't "the best" but they are pretty f-ing good!!! Especially with Plum sauce, or Cherry!!!
