It actually sounds more like you've been bitten by an infected tick. Have a doctor check it out. It may be Lyme Disease or Rocky Mountain Fever.

That sounds more like a chigger bite,the tip might still be inside the bite. I suggest you going to the dermatologist and have it inspected with a magnifying glass. The doctor can remove the tip and give you an ointment to fight the infection. The other thing I would do is cover it and don't scratch, it will only make it worst.

a mosquito? it sounds like a spider bite. how long have you had this bite? a week is too long it sounds like it's already infected. you need to see a doc . he'll give you some antibotics for the infection... hope this helped..

Are you sure they are bites, sounds a bit like impetigo....very very contagious. See a doctor.
