yes,sadly most guys cannot see past the skin and if he considers you hot.All systems are go for you.If you give a him a little sign that you might like him he'll probably ask you out.So yea if he used them exact words(your hot) im sure he does like you,but with those choice of words do you want a guy like that?

I am sure that he likes you since normally cousins like each other and that type of affection can even be shared with close friends as they become part of the group but that does not necessarily mean that he loves you like he would love a girl friend or that he desires you. Maybe he does but often people need a little more time to decide if it is about a strong relationship or just a momentary attraction.

Learning to deal with the other sex is easier if you have a sister or cousin or close friend to talk to. Then often if the relationship has potential, you get to know the guy little by little and get really close.

Not necessarily! Appearances are one thing but the person as a whole is another thing! It may mean he just thinks You look hot! Not I want to be your man! Don't read more in to it than is there! Remember men are shallow at times

yes and no!! it depends on how messed up he was, maybee he likes you, but he might just be trying to bang you!! if he was smokin and drinkin, then maybee he was horney- but it depends on how he said it- think of how he looked at you { up and down- or at your face} if he was staring a your tities, then he whanted to ****!!!! but tha only thing that matters is he noticed you- GOOD JOB GURL!!!! so all in all- YOUR HOTT and if you think it will work, go for it- you got nothing to loose RIGHT????

he may but being hot and bein liked are two very differnt things my advice is to ask him if he likes u but thats just my opoion
