No. Every woman has the potential for beauty but not every woman achieves it. An attractive woman may be ugly because she has a snotty attitude etc. And a plain woman may be very beautiful because she has a wonderful spirit. The most beautiful woman is someone who is both attractive on the outside and inside, but even the most unattractive woman on the outside can achieve true beauty because they develop a beautiful heart.

No, they are not. I think beauty depends a lot on the way that the person interacts with other people (even ones they don't like) not on the outward appearance.
If that person is physically attractive, but not emotionally stable would you want to deal with them? What if they loved drama?

No, not even on the inside.
But I know what you mean, I've known women what were not "lookers" that somehow just had ...it. And I've know the barbie doll types that are just a face and a body making a hollow shell.
But then there are women to whom life has not been kind, and they have taken it personally. Man there's some angry females around.

That's a matter of opinion. Someone that you or I may not think is beautiful, may look stunning to her husband or her parents.
