How much weight do you need to lose?
You can lose 1-2 pounds a week in a healthy manner, more than that is not healthy.
Your best bet is to stop the sweetened tea. You would be amazed at how many calories the sugar packs on. Or look for it sweetened with Splenda or Equal.
If you start cutting back on that, and excercising a bit (enough to get your heart pumping for about 30 min, you will notice the weight coming off. Your first 5 or so pounds will likley be water weight, but it is water weight you need to lose.
The best way to lose weight is to get into the habit of eating less and moving more. It is hard, but it is worth it!

Well, the key is moderation. Don't drink as much sweet tea- gradually cut back so that you drink at most 1 serving a day. Then, exercise. You can dance to your favorite music or go hang with your friends at the pool-anything to get you up from the computer/tv! Then, eat healthier. Only have one "treat" a day. A "treat" is about 100 calories extra. Otherwise eat healthily-whole grains (wheat, not white bread), veggies, fruit, and if you have a dip or something with them, buy low-fat dip. Just because someone doesn't see you eat something doesn't mean your body doesn't know. Good luck!

just eat a lot of healthy foods like fruits. or get snacks that are the 100 calories. and try to limit the tea. or replace it with water. try to lessen or limit the junk food.(it's so hard though... i can't do it but i try) or try just walking/excersing(sp) more. studies show that if you listen to music while you jog/walk/run you will most likely to continue or something like that. like use a treadmill(sp) if you have one. and just don't listen to the people why should they care! but if you feel uncomfortable try the info above or ask realitves(sp) they will be honest with you

Go on a regular run, crunches.
Diet--> Dont take food/drinks contain carbo
--> Avoid deep fried food
--> instead of taking 3 meals aday, take 6 meals a day but
must be small portion. easy for u to digest wat u eat.

No sugar, no sodas, no potatoes, no pasta, no bread, no corn, no carrots.
Walk 1 hour each day.
