If taken correctly, I think it has a .1% failure rate. Taking it correctly means taking it every day and at the same time every day.

I was on the pill for 7 years and have a 4 year old son!!

The chance of you getting pregnant while on the pill I will really say its a 50/50 chance. I know alot of people who have birth control babies. The pills say they are 99.9% affective but I really dont believe taht one bit.

If you take them like you should and the hormones are correct for your body then the pill is 99.999 % effective per statistics but as some one once said in movie "Life will find a way" hence the .001% chance you could get pregnant.

You can still get pregnant when on the pill. It happened to me more then once and I took them like my dr. told me too. I would use a condom if you are not ready to have a baby. They are more affective then a pill.

i was on the pill... for like 4 years.... and now i have a 7 week old beautiful baby boy.... my girlfriend took the pill too... shes due in january. it happens more than you think

I don't know what the statistics are, but it happens. No birth control method is 100% foolproof.
