Can I lose weight easyer then taking tables. I got told taking tables help you easyer what if you cant take tables and all you van able to do is doing drink water, ,juice, eat health food and exercise.

If you do all those things above you could avoid taking the tablets (you didn't say what kind). Plus if look at any dietary supplement, it's going to encourage healthy eating and exercise for the best results anyways. One point of caution, however, you may want to take it easy on the juice (loaded with sugar...you're better off eating the fruit) -Also if you're going to take tablets, make that tablet a multi-vitamin.
