the best way is to twist them apart, dunk the no icing side in milk and it eat, then dunk the icing side in milk and eat it too!! :)

I like to hold my Oreo in my glass of milk until it starts getting soft and then I just eat it.

i just eat them as they are but i prefer the mini oreos. i like 'em small, bite size and all.

i twist the two off and then eat the side with no frosting and then the side with the frosting.
there is no wrong way to eat an oreo.
there is no wrong way to eat a reese's peanut butter cup.

I make them (the oero cookies) dance with my black and white cat,Sinbad first,while singing "We are Family",Then I drench them in cold milk.I give a couple of drops to Sinbad for his perfomance and enjoy the drippy mess myself.

I just eat them as they are...no twisting, no licking the icing. I will dunk them in milk if it's handy...great question!
