why is it when i complete a tae bo video i want to do it again???

Because your body feels good about what you have accomplished. Do it again if you want, make sure you stay hydrated though!

because you feel good doing it. Did you know that some females can achieve an orgasmic sensation while doing crunches?Maybe if you do enough Tae Bo, you will achieve that same sensation. Lucky you!
