I think you should go because you want to! Don't listen to people who say otherwise. Dress really hot (hotter than the new girlfriend!) show him what HE is missing!! Flirt with other guys right in his face! That will turn the tables! lol Now be nice to them and show him you've moved on..Trust me jealousy is powerful.

Don't go. If you still like him - even just a little - you're just asking for trouble. Either your feelings will be hurt watching him with his new girlfriend or you'll make a drunken fool out of yourself. Of course, that could be entertaining for the rest of the party. Maybe that's why he invited you. Instead of a magician or a clown. Why is he inviting you? Does he know you still like him? Does he enjoy leading you on? You should make plans with friends for that night and tell him you're really sorry, but something else came up.

Well, you could bring a friend/s with you. Even if they aren't your two best, but close ones. Its always easier if you have someone there the whole time to keep you from doing something you might regret. If it really hard for you to see him with another girl, flirt with other guys while your there. Be nice to your ex, after all it is his birthday, but don't focus on him the whole time. Who knows, maybe you'll find feelings for someone else there.

Why do you even want to consider doing anything with somebody that has caused you so much pain? Should the fact it's his birthday be on interest to you, think not and his new girlfriend will be there, why on earth would you even consider it?? I really don't see what you could gain from even being there. Sounds more like he wants to play some mind games with you.. Save yourself the agony and find something else to with your time on SATURDAY...

go...if you don't go he'll think you're hiding from him and intimated of his new girlfriend. Show him that you've moved on (even though you still care about him a little), and keep going on with your life...just go to the party, tell him happy birthday, and move on with your life, and don't let him know you still have feelings for him-he's not worth it! I think you should go just to let him and yourself know that it's over, and you're not interesting in him in that way anymore...besides, if you go you may find another guy you're interested in, what have you got to lose...good luck girl!

Just go and bring a guy with you or your two best friends. . . . It's just a party, you may not even run into him that much there, and besides his girlfriend will be there anyway . . .

dont set yourself up to get hurt again. just let well enough alone. do you really want to subject yourself to watching him make out with another girl or worse yet end up in a fight with another girl

i think it would speak louder if you didn't go so he can just take you for granted again.
Don't go and tell him not to speak to you anymore until your feelings are gone.
He will not stop doing thi to you and I am sorry, but you have to let go so you can enjoy your life.
my best wishes for you!
