My favorite food is Peking Duck
in the Chinese gastronomy, the duck is shown to the table before
cooking ( but dead)
1st course skin and a bit of meat, thin pancakes, celery, sweet sauce. roil and eat no fork
2nd course. meat and vegetables
3rd course soupe made with the bones and the juice from the cooking.
you must have to order it 24 hours in advance in restaurant.
