What do u do when u love someone still and u don't know to tell them?

I've been doing it for nine years--I stay her friend, and that's it, because I know that it won't get any better than that on her part. If, however, you know it could be different, I would definitely speak up somehow. Or, with respect to her feelings of friendship only, I would forever hold my peace. But that's just me.
