i introduced him to my mom and she looked at him once, and after he left, she told me to never meet him anywhere ever again, i really want to see him, should i move on?

Apparently your mom knows something you don't.You made a bad choice when you met a stranger on line,talked to a stranger and told him thing he has no business knowing on line, then invited that stranger who you never met to your home.You know nothing about him and you would even more foolish if you try to see a man you don't know behind your parents back.Should you move?NO,you should listen to your parents because they love you and whether you believe it or not,they have your best interest at heart.Not to mention the fact that they know more about life than you do.

You're mom is probably right. I don't know what kind of person she is though. Is she nice?
Having said that, you need to think about it for yourself. Really think about this guys pros and cons. You can show it to your mom if you want and see if she wants to add.

It depends on how old you are. Chances are, though, if your mom is getting involved, you're not really old enough to put up an adequate fight.
However, if you *really* like him, you will probably see him whether we here on Yahoo! Answers suggest you should or not, and whether your mom says you should or not.

Perhaps you and Mom need to sit down and have a serious talk about your friend; she may have some insights into his character that you may not see or understand yet.

well for one thing you don't give your age or the age of your fella. i am a mature woman who met her mate on-line and things have worked out. But if you are young perhaps you should keep looking but don't give up. if it is meant to be it will work out.
