Alone is a personal choice! Bet busy and quit isolating yourself. There is a whole big world out there just waiting for you to reenter. Its all about a mind set. Tell yourself, "tonight is the last night I am going to be alone". Get up tomorrow morning, shower, dress, and go, do and live! Get with your friends, go to the mall, whatever it takes to get back into contact with people. Make this a ritual, and by the end of the week, you will be talking to new guys that have been waiting for you to come out of hibernation. To live is to move forward, and never look back.

Time will make this less painful. Keep a journal and write about what you are experiencing. Occupy your spare time. Find a craft or hobby to do. Why can't you talk to someone else? You have many years ahead of you. Keep that chin up and determine to feel better. Every day is one step further along the road overcoming this. Good luck to you and God bless.

Find another interest that makes you forget about him. Move on with your life.
Get a hobby, a pet, a sport, an activity, a job, a new romantic interest, or a combination of these. Realize that you'll probably *never* get back together with your boyfriend, and that you need to forget about him.

First of all, don't listen to racists like Gizmo P. I've already reported him. Second, it WILL get better, just give yourself some time. I know it will be hard, but do you think it's a good idea to still talk to him or does that make it harder? If he left you, then it wasn't meant to be, you'll find someone else. Give it time.

Like Angib, I repored "Gizmo" before I answered your question. People like him/her are jerks. You will be ok though, a better guy will come along for you. You deserve better than your last boyfriend. Don't give up hope girl! Believe me, I almost did, and it's not good at all. Trust me when I tell you it will all work out!

I know it's hard I have been there myself. Start doing things to get your mind off of him and somebody will come along and make you feel as if your ex never existed.

Get back in the field and find someone else. I guessing by the way you feel he broke up with you.
