of course you can! I never use eggs in mine, they are a little flatter but much more healthy. but you can also use
EGG BEATERS (an egg substitute) to the same fluffy brownies.

1 T soy flour plus 1 T water per egg is a substitute. Other things used in binding (which is what eggs do) do exist, but, I don't know the amounts. One is bananas.

Yes you can substitute with mayo, like for 2 eggs, use 2teaspoons of mayo

yes, substitue a teaspoon of mayo for every one egg. my mom does this all the time, and it still tastes good, if not better.
