Sounds like you're more of a carbitarian. How about more raw vegetables and less carbs? Surely you must know that simple and complex sugars (carbs) turn to fat. I lost 30 lbs in two months on this diet. Today, I'm right at my ideal weight and have been for several months. I'm diabetic, so I don't have much choice, but I don't mind. You're going to need to confuse your body, and for you that's going to mean cutting the carbs, I'm afraid. Try to have a veggie or fruit and some protein for each meal. Eat 5 tiny meals a day. Examples would be egg whites (or Eggbeaters) scrambled with red and green peppers, or tofu stir fries with veggies, or a banana with some peanut butter.
Also, try to do 30-60 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Don't eat at sonic! Go to a Weight watchers meeting. You wil learn a healthy way to lose weight.
Eat lost of fruits and veggies, low fat proteins, high fiber breads and pastas. Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day. Low fat cheeses and don't forget dairy. Very important.
Think of your body as a camp fire, if you keep feeding it smaller meals it will burn hotter (more calories) but if you just throw on a big log a few times a day, it will not burn it all and not burn as much. And if you don't feed it, the fire slowly dies (your metabolism slows down).
Exercise, both cardio and weight lifting.
Go to weight watchers (did i say that)

Have you considered amputation? Don't do anything too important - try an arm or a leg. You loose weight and it stays off.
