Start off by getting as much trimmed off as you can handle. After that, your hair grows about 1/2 inch a month, so continue to get that much taken off until it is healthy again. In the meantime, get a shampoo and conditioner, like redken smoothdown, or bedhead moisture maniac. Both of them are full of moisture and will help repair your hair, or at least weigh it down a little to make it look less frizzy. These are both professional products so they are concentrated. they may look expensive, but even long hair only needs a little bit, too much will leave you looking flat. Go to your local salon and ask for a conditioning treatment, they will put a high protein high moisture conditioner in your hair and stick you under the dryer. This helps open the cuticle so it penetrates better. Get your hair colored professionally. The reason your hair is damaged is most likely because you color your whole head every time. Professionals only color the roots (the dark part), and then pull the color thru the ends later so they don't get damaged. You can try to do this on your own, but it's a little hard.
Its very important to know that using products like hot oil treatments that you buy in stores only add oil to your hair. At first your hair will feel great, but after a while, it will build up and is hard to get out. Using a professional deep conditioner works best.
Stay away from products like Dove. I have had many clients come in and after their hair has been wet down, it became sticky. The only thing they had in common was Dove.
Do not use henna or other natural colors in your hair. I know using "all natural" sounds like a great idea, but it is very difficult to remove. In fact, sometimes it can cause your hair to break off if you try to remove it with bleach or if you try to perm your hair.

Well I have very healthy hair and I dye mine all the time I do mine every 6 to 8 weeks . I use Dove shampoo and Conditioner you need to get a trim every time you get it dyed. And do hot oil treatments on your hair leave it in a shower cap for 20 mins. Also try letting it dye on it own instead of the dryer not all the time but you need to give your hair breaks to keep it healthy.
Hope this is a help!!!

i think of all people hates frizzy hair...its a nightmare to type! i think of immediately hair is greater classic and curly hair makes a transformation for while going out etc. I additionally relatively like loose curls, so the hair is rapidly until eventually a million/2 way down yet curls putting down on the top!

internal things - protein and omegas keep your hair and skin and nails healthy.
a good deep conditioning regularly - maybe hot oil?
and, a good and cheap way to keep the frizzies down externally - petroleum jelly, just don't use much

Leave it alone for a while, and when you start dyeing it again, use henna. It's safer, and it conditions your hair.
