I agree with honeybeebizzz and some of the others.
I lost a son to SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome)
And I cried for years. As time goes on you learn to deal with it. You will never get over it and you shouldn't. You just learn to eal with it day by day. It's been 21 years since he passed and it hit me a little hard this year and I still cry but I go on too.
Take one day at a time and don't be afraid to call on a friend or family to help you or just to lean on.

via focusing today. initiate via being grateful and showing gratitude for the solid which you do have on your life, and despite if it does not appear as if plenty now, nevertheless concentration on it. once you count selection your reward, they multiply. Gratitude for the solid in the now takes your interest remote from what you lack, and places it on what you have (initiate with wellbeing) and what you concentration on additionally expands and multiplies. i do no longer propose this piously the two, gratiude is an exceedingly pleased and wholesome state to be in. Secondly, start to have self assurance that life is an ever-flowing technique, wherein while some thing is lost or some thing differences, that's continuously replaced via some thing it is plenty greater effective. it is the fundamental nature of what life is like, arising and recuperating. the only reason we create stagnation is with the help of the fact we do not have self assurance this certainty. you like the chuffed days of your like to return back to you, yet possibly that courting did no longer serve you to any extent further. believe that a clean one is now coming to you, and that that's plenty greater effective.

Take it a day at a time, your heart needs time to heal, but it will..crying is just a release. Don't let it ruin your life, just take a deep breathe and hope for the best.
