A subway chipotle chicken and bacon, No bacon, Triple chicken, smothered in chipotle, Extra shredded cheese, normal american cheese, extra baby spinach, tomatoes, salt and pepper, on italian herb and cheese bread.

That's easy, spaghetti. It could be with or without meatballs, but definitely with sausages and grated Parmesan cheese.
