deaths are regrettable on both sides, but why is the American news so biased? Face it, Israel wasn't firing all these bombs and killing all these innocent people to free their two soldiers. Their not defending their country, their just killing innocent people. Lebanon is basically wiped out. They took it too far and yet they aren't seen as terrorists. Baffels my mind I tell ya.

I've been watching the occasional news report ... I see a city in Lebanon levelled to dust ... literally nothing left but corpses and debris.

Then they show an Israeli woman in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood where a rocket fell on her car and it was new ... so she's upset.

I am shocked at the ignorance of many of the Americans and Canadians that have answered this post. First off, I have been watching CNN all day and have heard more about the bombings in Haifa than anything else yet there are over 200 dead Lebanese civilians. It is sad that the media in the USA is so biased however it is our responsibility to form opinions based on truth and not on what we hear from CNN.
