It's land and religion. How can someone say that God intended Israel to be the land of the Jews, when another religion does not believe that. Arabs lived in Israel before the Jews, and then Jews came in and kicked the Arabs out because they believed the land was destined for them. How would you like it if someone came and uprooted your life and kicked you out?
Honestly, in my opinion, it's just land. Learn to live amongst each other. Islam preaches peace and respect of other religions. I'm sure Judiasm preaches the same thing.
And to the person above me, Islam does not say that.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said this about Muslims, Christians, and Jews:
"When the bier of anyone passeth by thee, whether Jew, Christian or Muslim, rise to thy feet."

That's certainly how is started. Jews and Muslims both feel entitled by God or Allah to the "Promised Land", Israel.
Christians have holy sites in that city, but for the most, part we are waiting for the "New Jerusalem".

US wants the oil in mideast.(I wonder what Israel wants)
So they want the public opinion on their side.
To take support they use religious matters.
And the Muslim world is not helping to the situations which make things worse.
So the Christians and Jews start to think we (muslims) really deserve to die.
For me...i want peace.That's what my whole nation want.

i believe it's not a religious beliefs war but could be inspired by religion.
it's a political crisis. it's about justice. it's about humanity.
the palestanians are living under the worst conditions because of the israeli occupation. some palestanians havent given up their faith yet and still fight for their rights.

Islamic fascists, with the help of Iran, exist solely to make the earth live like them.
Read history. The middle east has ALWAYS been about religion.

It's a land grab.
Part of what makes the land so valuable is that God promised it, though.
It's basically the descendants arguing about who inherited Abraham's land.

IT IS ABOUT COUNTRIES AND NATIONS OF THE WORLD IN WORLD HISTORY OR IN CONFLICT AND THAT IS WHAT THE BIBLE DEALS WITH, RELIGIONS DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO WORLD HISTORY AS GREAT AS WORLD WAR ONE OR WORLD WAR TWO. ALL THROUGH THE BIBLE EVEN FROM ABRAHAM AND LOT IT HAS BEEN ABOUT LAND GRAB.

umm, i think that it is pure hate, and basically religious, I mean it was said in the Bible that israelis were supposed to get that land, and palestinians are there, so what are you supposed to do? hard choice
