Jean549 is so - so right. Love the Lord first...love each other & the rest should fall into place...honesty, trust, money, career, giving, as in sharing with the Lord & others what the Lord has given you, sex, relationships, fun times...whatever...I could go on & on....Just Love God & Be Your Happy Selves...

It can't be just one thing, it has to be a combination of factors.
Loyalty - Reliability - Trustworthiness; this will show up in aspects like financial stability (not meaning loaded with money, just holds a steady job, goes to work on time, everyday), long term friendships, etc. If he's all of the above then he'll by default be honest. There is so much more than one thing to look for.
If you break down the list you gave and only based it on one thing, you could get a crappy person. Someone who is honest, can also be lazy and not work or take care of themselves. Someone who is an heir can be a complete ***, treat people like crap and act like they are heaven sent. Someone who has a good career background may have gotten there through dishonest means. Someone who goes to church can molest children (look at the catholic priesthood) or not have a job.
You can't state just one thing, it has to be a combination of qualities that make up the individual.

Definately Honesty. If you can find a man who is honest, you have definately found a keeper. However, the second most important thing would be the same background and beliefs. If you have different values and morals it will never work in the long run.

Honesty is number 1 or you'll never be sure of the rest.
Career will determine what he or she is thinking about lots of the
time. Eventually, somebody will have to ask "So how was your
day?"
Money is nice, but its better if they made it on their own.
Moreover, if it isn't there, it doesn't mean that it can't be
made later. And its not all that necessary to be happy.
Church goer? Nah ... now, if he/she actually contributes
something more definitive to the community, you have yourself
a keeper. I find a volunteer is truly putting his or her money
where his or her mouth is.

The most important thing is to feel comfortable. All other feelings are fleeting. That butterfly in your stomach will fly away. That great body will drop. Your insatiable appetite for each other will whither away Yes your mate should try to please you but the perfect mate doesn't try, he just does. He is everything but most of all he is comfortable, like a warm familiar blanket on a cold night. So comfortable that no words are necessary, you know each others needs so well and enjoy meeting them.

Honesty. The ability to see when he is wrong and admits it. That is the one ingredient in people that will make a relationship work. However, the partner has to be honest herself. That is true give and take. Relationships fail when it is all give, give give.

Probably the most important thing to me is a man that loves the Lord, and is honest with everyone. Very gentle and loving to old people and children.
