no, that is the perfect size considering that she is 5'4. in fact that is kinda skinny.

no that's perfectly fine. she is about my hieght..actually a bit taller and Im 16 135-143....I dont think I'm fat just out of shape. my bf thinks I'm beautiful
your sister is fine but she needs some help with it before it get sto far. that can easily turn into body dismorphic disorder.

THATS NOT FAT AT ALL!!! im 5'3 and 110 i dont consider myself fat or chubby in the least bit. and im sure if i were 5 pounds heavier i still would think the same. maybe you should talk to your parents about it or something. maybe they can help some.

The only person to really validate a weight problem is her dr, encourage her to talk to him. In her mind it may be fat, you cannot change that. Be supportive and try and even get your family involved if it gets worse.

Your sis is not fat, she should not think that. All woman think something bad about there self. All woman are beautiful in there on way. God made every single person on this earth and that means you are beautiful in your own way.

she's fine. if you think she might be anorexic look to see if she:
- chews slowly and/or pushes food around on her plate
-does a thorough workout more than 5 times a week
-gets very upset if she misses a workout
