lol that is a different way to put it and i mean it could be very true. I might be impressed if she was ill and u were taking care of her or something otherwise i would just think that u were a total mommy's boy and that for some reason u cannot leave the nest which would tell me just what i am landing myself into. So depending on the situation i might be impressed but i highly doubt it.

Been there, done that. It has its pros and cons. In Japan, extended families always live together, parents, grandparents. It's only us Americans who think it's weird to not run as far and fast as you can from your parents!
But how loving and responsible of you to take care of your Mom during hard times! Kudos!

It depends, does your mom tell you what you could do or could not do? Does your mom have medical problems where she can't live on her own? Do you have medical problems where you can't live on your own?
