It all depends on their location and how good they look. Plus of course what the night is like. Here in Waikiki some of the hookers make $500 an hour. And the Japanese men pay it! They make much more than a stripper does but the strippers walk away with a little more dignity. The strippers do have some really great nights though because stars go in and just buy out the entire club and drop the hundreds like ones. I think I may have made the wrong career choice......

Im really not 100%sure, but from what I have seen I would imagine Strippers get more. Some strippers have really great tips. Hookers not only get robbed and assaulted by customers, but can get arrested for being a hooker. Strippers are legal. I think for the most part it really depends on the girls working and how they 'work'.

First of all I would sincerely like to applaud Odette for her frank and sincere answer. Respect to you girl. You are doing a necessary public service and keeping sex crimes off our streets.
I don't know how much the going rates of pay for either profession are, but I would reckon that prostitutes get paid more as they are giving a more "intimate" and risky service in terms of getting harmed by a client.
There is a place for either profesion in today's society. Watching a stripper chills a businessman friend of mine out after a bad day and therefore he is more relaxed when he gets home to his partner and less likely to start a row.
Prostitutes also provide a service to men that perhaps for confidence reasons find it difficult to approach women. They exchange sex for money and the result is a guy who has been sexually relieved and not prowling on women to rape.

usually yes. A professional prostitute can earn around 1000 pounds plus a day, a professional stripper can earn 500 pounds plus a day. I know I'm in the business. For the small minded little people a professional prostitute isn't dirty in fact the words your needing are clever and classy, do not ever work the streets and its condoms all the way, same goes for a professional stripper. As for tips good tips come with both professions. x

The career path of prostitution may pay more, but i think strippers have better job satisfaction, and have better OH&S and job diversity. In the long run i think strippers have the better pay too, as they can build up a greater clientelle and have more than 1 client at a time.
I guess sex can be a god (religion).

depends on what you are willing to do i suppose.

strippers, topless dancers in Houston can make a lot of money, but they have a very good chance of being arrested. the more "personal" they are the more they make.

if you are not in the business, i would strongly suggest that you not get into the life. it is very destructive for the dancers emotionally and they never can trust anyone, especially men after a few months in the bars.

Well, actually the advent of crack has brought the price of poo nanny down to five dollars. . .I would say even if you pay income tax at a marginal bracket, stripping is the more lucrative.

And besides it's alot easier to go from stripping into hooking than the reverse, so why not start taking off your clothes for money?

from me nothin, hookers are nasty, and i dont see the point in going to a club and paying a woman to get me horny as hell and then not get any action. Whats the point besides blue balls!?!?!?!???? but i would have to say stippers because they make a killing in tips and then there are the stupid guys that will pay for stuff like their rent, boob jobs(which will also help them make more $ at work), car notes,and jewelry
