a name doesn't always tell you what culture you're from but hispanic kids aren't normally named darius. could one of his parents be black or mixed?

he could probably be mixed. one of his parents could be mestizo(mexican with spanish decent) and the other parent could be black.

not necessarily. maybe they liked the name. maybe he is named after a family friend. know telling. my daughters name is hebrew and neither one of us are jewish, we just liked the name.
