do i have to get a license to have a wedding ceremony on the beach in wrightsville beach, nc?

ok. maybe that wasnt phrased the best way? what i mean is do i need a license (or permit) to use th BEACH for the event?

yes you do! I was going to have mine there, but decided against it. We had ours in the park, it was beautiful!

Yes, you need a license whereever in the US you get married. You need to get it in the county that your wedding will take place. It usually expires in 60 days and you should give yourself a few days for it to go through before getting married.
