No. But we are at the end of the End Times. Armageddon will happen at the end of the 7 years of the Tribulation. Armageddon will be the final showdown between God and Satan. Also, the Nations who have come against Israel will be destroyed, along with some other major events too numerous to name.

well we are always in the beginning phase of armageddon. ever since we ended wwII with two nuclear bombs, the whole world knows we have crossed over the threshold into 'the end times'. most presidents understand how to get around these conflicts. we haven't not been in 'the end times' for some 50 years now. sorry to wake you up. our current president has changed all that. he doesn't seem like he has any clue as to what to do. that the american people voted this loser in twice (well maybe not the first time, the supreme court did that) is the fault of all americans. myself, i am not particularly looking forward to the 'rapture'. stop the madness, let me off. this ride sucks!

Coming from a personal stand point on this subject, I don't believe we've seen the worst yet. We are only in the early stages of pre-end times. Some Christians believe that the end times began right after Jesus went up to Heaven the last time. Many different people believe many different ways about this subject. The Bible says there will be wars and rumors of wars. Yes we've seen several wars over the years and we are in one now. But I feel that there are more to come and more violence yet to be seen.
I call this period a preview of the upcoming attractions. We are given a taste of what is to come.
What about you? Do you believe we are in the end times? or in the early stages of Armageddon?

The fact is that Armageddon has been preached for all time. Jesus was an apocalyptic Gnostic preacher who taught that the Jews of his own time were in the "End Times."
That is one of the reasons why no one bothered to write down his teachings for the first generation or two. They thought the world would have ended by then................SURPRISE!
From the book "The Plain Truth About God-101" (what the church doesn't want you to know!)
I remember when I was just a little kid our next door neighbor scared the **** out of me by telling me that the Bible said the world would end that year. That was 1964.............SURPRISE!

I think the end times began in 1948, when Israel became a nation once again. Armageddon will be the last great war fought in Israel. See Revelation 16:16.

I don't believe so. I believe in a pre-tribulation rapture followed by 3.5 years good times and 3.5 years bad times before Armageddon. Since alot of people have not "disappeared", I would say we have quite a bit of time till Armageddon.

No, every generation thinks we are entering the days of Armageddon. The human spirit will see us through these current dark days too.

Human kind has been preaching end times prophesy almost as long as human kind has been around. People worried about it in 999A.D. and again in 1999 A.D. I do not think we can predict the "end times"

No one knows when the end will come. You should make sure you're right with God more than anything. This way, whenever the end comes, you will be ready.
