two old laies are sitting in a park, when a flasher walks up, yanks open his raincoat and exposes himself totally to them. this is an enormous shock to the ladies and one of them has a stroke right away! the other one cant quite reach

Would a girl showing her boobs be considered flashing? I was pulling out of a resturant in Flint, MI, and, while waiting for an opening in the traffic, a "lady" who I suspect was in the world's oldest profession was walking down the sidewalk, close to my car. As I looked her way, to see if any traffic was coming, she opened her coat and flashed her goods (It was in the middle of winter, and the windchill was about -15 below). I just turned into the traffic and left.
