Fruit - apples, mostly.
You know what they say: an apple a day keeps the dentist away.

Sorry, no food can whiten your teeth. They can help cause stain on the teeth, and they may help remove surface stain, but they cant whiten. Your teeth turn a shade when they are forming and can 'yellow' with age and tobacco usage. Only way to truly whiten, or lighten the shade of your teeth is to use a whitening 'strip' or a dentist applied whitening product.

you should have green leafy vegetables, a daily apple and orange, as well as a daily glass of milk. To keep the teeth clean, daily flossing and brushing your teeth at least twice a day will do the trick. I hope this helps.

Aside from apples you can apply hydrogen peroxide to your teeth with a Q-tip,stop if it irritates your gums though and use only 1or2 times/week,as it may make your gums recede otherwise.
