Well if you lose that much weight that quick you will have lose skin to deal with and you dont want that. You should aim to lose 1-2 pounds per week. You should eat lean meats such as turkey, chicken and fish and egg whites. Eat lots of vegtables like broccoli, lettuce, carrots, celery, and spinach because u can eat more of these and get minimal calories. Watch the kind of carbs u eat, dont eat white bread, or anything high in sugar. Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water. A trick to eating less is to drink 16 ounces or more before every meal, 16 ounce being two cups. Plain oatmeal with splenda or cinammon is good for breakfast, with that you could also have 2-3 egg whites with one yolk. Just watch your calories and be aware of the type of fat and carbs that you eat.

You can not loose 25 lbs. in such a short time. Make sure you are active. Eat a healthy balanced diet... lots of fruits and vegetables and very important to eat 3 small servings of lean protein daily. Non fat yogurt is good healthy snack. Drink lots of water. You must get rid of all the junk, cookies, chips you know the drill.

Make sure you eat three meals a day. Try to make your meals as full of real food as possible (ie. not processed). Try to get a bowl full of some whole grain cooked everyday. Try to eat at least one or more raw fruits, veggies everyday. Drink tons of water in between. (don't skip meals...have "good" snacks available.
Get up and move around. Stay away from long periods of stillness(ex. working on the computor). Clean the house, walk, join an exercise class. Just move.

the first three answers are a very good guide to follow but it isn't going to be easy so here's what you have to do along with those suggestions. Stick to those ideas like glue and by the sounds of it you are a girl, so think that you are Angelina Jolie and you just got a call for another movie role, ( you think of what the movie may be about ) so for this role she must weigh in at 155 pounds, that means a weight loss of 25 pounds, keep thinking that you are Angelina, is she going to give in , give up and lose the role? You have seen her determination, do you have it? If you do start today, get out there and jog, eat right, sleep right, drink lots of water, and do it everyday and sometimes twice a day, don't give up! If someone says good luck, forget it because luck has little to do with it, it is determination not luck! So........................................................................................................................................ what are you waiting for?????????????????

Here's what you do ... you try to lose some weight , exercize every morning and every afternoon :you can jog or run ,lift some weights,and dance play,always move around,don't sit down always stand (if ur tired u can sit down but not an hour,),eat only veggies,a litlle bit of sweets, fruits,drink water 24/7,eat only one meat or pork or chicken and etc....a day,if you eat rice only eat one and a half cup a day and if mash potatoes just eat 2 cups....
breakfast: eat fruits,drink milk,and (cereal???)
lunch:water,(rice: 1 and a half cups mash potatoes: 2 cups) fruits or veggies
one meat.....(or chicken,steak,shrimp,beef,pork and etc...)
dinner:the same thing as lunch....
you can eat what you want just control urself to eat a little..

I suggest massive water intake with specified workout regiments which will require great discipline. A specialized diet will be needed to fuel you in your regiment of workouts. The pool, treadmill are a few possible answers.
