Religion would be destroyed since they are based on faith. Churches and temples would close as they would be useless, and televangelists would be out of work. Governments would no longer be able to make war in God's name, without consulting God first. Man, it would be great.

Well, to start with there would be no more religions. They are based on faith after all and if God was proven to exist, then he'd end up in the field of science.
Furthermore the immigration department in whichever country he'd appear would have a field day. God would after all be an illegal immigrant (possibly even a terrorist) and would have to be put in a holding facility awaiting processing.
Personally I think mankind itself proves beyond a doubt that God does exist. The amount of stupidity inherent in us can't be a fluke of nature.

God says in His Word if you seek with Him with all your heart you will find Him and He will answer you. (Jeremiah 29:13) Is God a man that He should lie? (Numbers 23:19) It's as simple as that. If everyone would seek God and follow Him the world would be in perfect peace because everyone would have been repentent and there would be no sin. Read your bible. :-) God Bless.

The only way it could be proven is if the man shows himself and performs a miracle... And that is never going to happen so people will just have to keep there faith! Whilst the rest of us continue our life!

If there was no God there could be no Heaven to look forward to. Without God there would be no hope.

You can prove anything without a doubt and there will still people who don't believe it. In addition, they'll sight some obscure studies to try and prove their point.

The way humans are there probably would still be doubters. Even if God would perform miracles and wonders beyond our realms of understanding, right before our eyes, there would still be doubters and people mocking Him.
