Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters in the Greek alphabet (like A and Z in English). When used in religion they refer to the "beginning" and the "ending": God is the Alpha and the Omega, He was here at the beginning of all things and He'll be here at the end of them.

Alpha and Omega is Greek for "the beginning and the end" and is also how Jesus Christ describes Himself in the last book of the bible,The Revelation.

Alpha & Omega are greek numbers I believe.....It means the first and the last. Hence when someone says they are the Alpha & Omega it means that they are the only one.
