My dog had the same prob. if it is runny, seriously give her a tea spoon of pepto bismol. I took my dog to the vet for the same thing and they gave me a syringe full of pepto. She probably got into something she wasn't supposed to. I know if you give a dog a denta bone that will cause the green, or sudden change in diet. Give a tea spoon full after every squirt untill she stops. If she is eating grass that is normal. Dogs use grass to settle their stomachs. only give pepto if it is a squirt.
P.S. the wet or dry nose factor is a myth according to my vet the only way to really tell if a dog is sick is if it has stopped eating or is regurgitating.

do not rigidity feed! furnish small quantities of foodstuff and water, yet that eco-friendly stuff is from bile. one in all my dogs did this even as it swallowed a hair scrunchy and were given an intestinal obstruction. He may have died if he hadn't had surgical procedure. Your dogs may are transforming into into some thing poisonous, or may have a severe virus. call a vet and ask what to do. If needed your close by animal preserve may have some discounted vet facilities in case you won't be able to have the funds for vet expenditures.

Have you changed her food recently? If she's gotten out and eaten grass or weeds or something, it might be that. If she doesn't have a fever or symptoms like coughing or wheezing or something, usually weird crap wouldn't be a sign of anything too serious. Give it a day or two and see if things don't get back to normal, but if she develops new symptoms or stays the same for several days, take her to the vet.

Maybe she spent too much time outside and ate some grass? Dogs don't have the enzymes to digest it but, still, their goofy brains keep eating it.

Have you been giving her green milk bones? My dog does that when I give her the green ones. I give her the regular brown milk bones and the problem cleared up. Perhaps you're giving her something that has green dye in it...?

Have you given her a greenie or somthing like a greenie recently. If so, that is your cause. If not, take him to the vet.
