and I've already taken in :
2320 calories
84g of fat
377g of Carbs
(I really hate Taco cravings!)

The real question is I know that you burn about 2500 calories a day doing nothing; but how much fat and carbs do you burn.

(saw the carbs and though I was going to faint!)

I'm actually at work so I really can't work out and by the time I get home I won't have the drive to work out.

You take it all in and then it gets broken down and stored or used right away depending on what you are doing sitting versus walking or doing hard labor. It all gets stored as fat if you eat fat and some of the carbs get stored as glycogen if you need that molecule replenished. Glycogen is used as a fuel in long distance running, biking etc. But no matter what you eat it will get stored and if you just sit you will get fat. I prefer to eat 60% of my diet from carbs, 20% from fat and 20% from protein. I run 30 miles a week and do other activities and this is fine for me. Carbs are not bad for you. So its 7:40 now and you should go for a walk especially if you just ate 2300 calories.

7:30am????????? you are screwed!!! lol. 7:30pm? thats not so bad. Go exercise, dont sit there in the la-z-boy chair watching tv and thinking about food, do something other than that. Also, if you stick to your diet normally, then one day of going over your personal calory intake shouldnt hurt anything.

~Am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo jealous that you had tacos. Would give my right....um.....arm (yeah, thats it) for just one taco~ ~droooooooool~

carbohydrates are good for you. It doesn't matter what proportion of fat and carboyhydrate you have in your diet as long as it is less than what you burn per day.
